How does BPM matching work?
BeatMix analyzes your Apple Music tracks using audio metadata to detect BPM, energy, mood, and danceability. Import any playlist and the data is matched instantly.
What is Heart Rate Play?
Heart Rate Play uses your Apple Watch to monitor your heart rate in real-time and automatically selects songs that match your intensity zone. Faster music when you push hard, slower tracks when you recover.
What's included in the free version?
You get 100 BPM matches and 3 Heart Rate Play sessions for free. Upgrade to BeatMix Pro for unlimited access to all features.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open BeatMix, go to the upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Your Pro subscription will be restored automatically.
Why isn't a song's BPM matching correctly?
BPM data comes from audio analysis databases. Occasionally a track may have incorrect or missing data. Try removing and re-importing the playlist, or contact us with the song details and we'll look into it.
Do you collect my personal data?
No. BeatMix does not collect or store any personal information. Your playlists and listening habits stay on your device. The only data transmitted externally is song identifiers (like ISRC codes) used to look up publicly available audio metadata such as BPM and energy. This metadata is cached to speed up future lookups. No user-specific data is ever collected or shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find BeatMix Pro, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
